As it embraces the IBC-13's new look with Summer Panalo ang Saya!, to marks the priemtime block for the festival of all-time summer this April.
Over at IBC-13, now have three shows that acknowledged as the new trend-setters, The Weakest Link, Who Wants to be a Millionaire and Born to be a Star on IBC-13 which is a phenomenon when it debuted on primetime TV fare, together with the NBA and PBA.
By the way, Sunday broadcast starts at 3 p.m. with PBA, followed by Who Wants to be a Millionaire at 7:30 p.m., Born to be a Star at 8:30 p.m. and Sunday Sinemaks at 10 p.m.
The much talked-about newcomer to local television, Born to be a Star goes a Top 4 finalist starting tonight. The innovative reality talent search contest show which is talking around the world by storm will now showing every Sunday at 8:30 p.m. on IBC. It come right after Who Wants to be a Millionaire, which goes on the air at 7:30 p.m. right after the 2012-13 PBA Commissioners' Cup (AKTV). The famous game show will in turn be followed by action-packed Sunday Sinemaks starts at 10 p.m., featuring the Andew E-starrer D' Uragons.
Actress and certified singing champion Anja Aguilar, host Born to be a Star. Tonight will see a dreams come true from the Top 3 finalist competing for the P50,000 prize and the chance to compete in the semi-finals and the finals with P100,000 and P1 million at stake respectively with a management contract from Viva Artist Agency and a recording contract from Viva Records.
The Top 4 contestants this week are teen princess rock Jea Reyes, the prince of heartthrob Kevin Montallana, the sweetheart princess Czarinah Rosales and the balladeer prince Joshua Cadelina to complete the semi-finals night.
Born to be a Star is another production by IBC-13, which is also the franchisee of the top-rating game shows like Who Wants to be a Millionaire and The Weakest Link as well as the NBA and PBA games. It is taped weekly at the Aliw Theater of Star City on Roxas Boulevard. The contestants will perform in thier very own production numbers with musical arrngements by the award-winning musical composer Vehnee Saturno as well as the judges with Gino Padilla, Paula Bianca, Dingdong Avanzado and Joey Albert.
