Aptly named Have a Tanghali, the program onn noontime TV line-up promises to reinvent how Filipinos enjoy time at home with the family in noontime shows for educational programs, public service and variety shows at the rather than song and dance numbers and fun and games that will match it's competitors variety and talent programs, with new IBC charaters are mascots Mr. Pinoy, Ms. TV, RadioGirl, NewspaperBoy, Barney, Baby Bop and BJ.

Starting 10:30AM, Have a Tanghali kicks off with Cooltura, the educational program, with TV host and former commercial model Cathy Eigenmann-Bordalba presents the Filipino culture from Luzon, Visayas and Minsanao. Afterwards, at 11:00AM with the public service program Nora Mismo as a pre-programming of Lunch Break, with host superstar Ms. Nora Aunor links up families with domestic problems and government agencies that can assist them. Then at 11:30AM on Mondays to Saturdays, viewers will surely wants the fun and games for noontime variety show offering on Philippine TV with Lunch Break, definitely have the big surprises that hosts Ryan Agoncillo and Joy Viado with Smokey Manaloto, Bianca Manalo, Nicole Andersson, Bobby Yan, Pat Natividad and Enrique Gil with the noontime TV ratings of ABS-CBN's It's Showtime and GMA's Eat Bulaga!.
