The Kapinoy Network's efforts to maintain its professionalism and credibility as throughout its 53 years of operations have not gone unnoticed, commending and congratulating IBC for its "53 years of committed communications in service of humankind and worldwide privatization."
The resolution noted that "since its establishment in 1960, IBC Broadcast Media has contributed to the enhancement of the quality of life of the Filipino through responsible educational, children and entertainment programs that help in the pursuit of sustainable human development."
IBC-13 is now on its 53 Silver Kapinoy Days and Nights of Primetime Television and Radio. The vent, which started on May 3 and will end June to back on school, features specials and premieres highlighting IBC's role in Philippine broadcasting since its incorporation in 1960 imn the sequestered TV-radio network.
The colorful past of the network will be the theme of the celebration which will showcase various historical features in its top-rating shows. An exciting series of specials both on TV and radio have already been lined up, appointed by the president Noynoy Aquino III in the current administration..
Aside from the relaunch of Viva-TV shows such as My Family Xyriel and Sandy's Boyfriend, IBC will also air rare featuring like a reunion telecast of past IBC news anchors on Express Balita with Snooky Serna and Noli Eala on its 3 week-long with April 29-May 3 anchor with Anne Marie Soriano, May 6-10 anchor with Ida Miranda Castro and the live election coverage in Hatol ng Bayan 2013 on May 13-17 anchor with Ali Atienza, the reunion of former IBC stars tribute to the return of the former IBC stars and talents in the noontime show Lunch Break and an interview of the Canoy and Anson-Roa of IBC with congressman Sonny Angara at the same time.
