Justo and Len Manlapaz, On Scene is ZTV 33's public service program that serves as a conduit between complainants and concerned agencies, In-depth analysis on current issues, bolder reporting and extensive public service.. They have helped Filipinos regarding their concerns with Pag-Ibig Funds, the Social Security System, Department of Foreign Affairs, Meralco, Manila Water, Philippine National Railways, and even local government units.
This public service program encourages the public to air their grievances, complainants and feedback regarding the inaction or incompetence of government and private entities, assistance to viewers with questions and concerns by putting them in touch with relevant government agencies, units and authorities while efforts at exposing graft and corruption by public servants. It also acts as a medium to raise the level of public awareness on basic rights of citizens. Asking help from On Scene, the executives will also create the ZTV Public Service Center, the first ever separate office exclusively created for public service by the TV station.
On Scene will have anchors and his team taking viewers right where the action. It is also a Radyo Pinas 1044 radio news reporters on field are in breaking news happening in the metro from time to time.
