Viva Entertainment, the entertainment company owned by chairman and CEO Vic del Rosario, Jr., which has involved movies (Viva Films), television (Viva Television), music recording (Vicor Music and Viva Records), videos (Viva Video and Video City), sports production (Viva Sports) and live concerts (Viva Concerts and Events), with the agreements with the Kapinoy network IBC-13 to air the PBA and NBA games, and network PTV-4 known as Telebisyon ng Bayan brand to airing the UAAP and UCAA games, will now broadcast the games.

In the meantime, sequestered TV-radio station IBC-13 is the undisputed number 3 network in the country, which is the primetime programming block called Viva-TV with the new IBC management and IBC Board of Directors whose new Kapinoy programming thrust for bringing the sports and entertainment.

The PBA board approved the deal during a board meeting yesterday. Viva Sports has now gained the sports broadcasting on Channel 13, beamiung as well such popular events like the PBA and NBA, the WWE programming for wrestling and several mega boxing bouts including all of past and future fights with Donaire and Pacquiao.

It also operates the Viva cable channels such as Pinoy Box Office, Viva Channel and Pinoy Extreme.
